'You’ve got no rights’: teenage US citizen records violent arrest by immigration officers
Kenny Laynez-Ambrosio, an 18-year-old US citizen, was driving to work in North Palm Beach with his mother and two male friends when they were pulled over by the Florida highway patrol on 2 May 2025. After asking the occupants for their details, the officers called for backup, and US border patrol agents arrived on the scene. The three male occupants of the car were forcibly pulled out of the vehicle and arrested. One of them was put in a chokehold and another was tased. After the incident, the officers could be heard bragging and making light of the arrests
