Netanyahu nominates Trump for Nobel peace prize, touts 'free choice' of Gaza relocation
Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu told US president Donald Trump that he was nominating him for a Nobel peace prize. Trump was asked by a reporter during the meeting whether his, 'Palestinian relocation plan was still on the table?’. Trump directed Netanyahu to answer the question. 'It’s called free choice,' said Netanyahu, who is wanted by the international criminal court for alleged war crimes relating to the Gaza war. 'You know, if people want to stay, they can stay, but if they want to leave, they should be able to leave.'
