Palestinians in the Occupied West Bank are enduring mass forced displacement as Israeli forces conduct their largest home demolition campaign since 1967, targeting Jenin, Tulkarem, and Nur Shams refugee camps.
Over 1,300 homes have been destroyed or marked for demolition, with tens of thousands given only hours to gather belongings before being expelled.
Satellite images show entire neighbourhoods flattened and replaced by military roads, a move Israel claims improves access but which residents see as erasing refugee heritage.
The demolitions facilitate future army raids while leaving families in limbo, unsure if their camps will still exist. With narrow alleyways now transformed into wide thoroughfares for tanks, the urban landscape and with it, Palestinian history, is being rewritten.
