US to double steel import tariffs: Trump announces new levies during visit to factory
Donald Trump says he'll double the tariff on imported steel to 50 percent.
He made the comments while visiting a steel factory in the state of Pennsylvania, where he talked up the proposed acquisition of America's biggest steel manufacturer by a Japanese company.
