Two bridges collapsed on a train in western Russia's Bryansk region which borders Ukraine

Two bridges have collapsed in western Russia - one in Kursk and one in Bryansk. Both of the western regions border Ukraine. The acting governor of Bryansk region says the incident there was caused by an explosion. Officials say 388 passengers were on board the passenger train- at least seven people were killed and 69 wounded. One Russian senator has already blamed Ukraine.
