Syria wildfires: Emergency workers battle flames in Latakia province

Syria's Civil Defence workers are battling wildfires near the coast in Latakia province. Officials say a rise in temperature and strong winds caused the wildfires to spread across large parts of the mountainous areas. Emergency crews faced difficulties controlling the blaze and have expressed concern about the presence of some unexploded ordinances in the country's conflict areas.
