South African police minister accused of links to criminal syndicates
South African President Cyril Ramaphosa is set to address the nation, after allegations of criminal interference at the highest levels of the police service.
Last week, a provincial police chief accused the police minister of having links to crime syndicates, and a corrupt businessman.
