Ukrainian emergency officials say Russia has carried out a large-scale attack on the capital Kyiv.
9 people have been killed and another 63 injured in overnight strikes on the Ukrainian capital.
The mayor of the city, Vitaly Klitschko, says there has been a missile and drone attack.
