Operating theatres overwhelmed after Israeli attack on Rafah aid site: Plastic surgeon

Israeli forces have killed at least 31 Palestinians gathering to collect food near an aid distribution site in southern Gaza. The hub is operated by the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, a controversial organisation backed by the US and Israel. There's also been an attack at another GHF site in central Gaza, killing at least one person.
