The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation says it's closing its distribution centres on Wednesday, saying it needs to improve efficiency. For four days in a row, Palestinians queueing for food have been killed at the sites. The UN says the attacks constitute a war crime. The closure of the distribution centers have left already starving Palestinian with almost no options. The few charity soup kitchens still operating are overrun - offering desperate people what little they have. Mads Gilbert, an emergency medicine coordinator who has worked extensively in Gaza, has slammed the Israeli-conceived Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) for sidelining established aid groups and putting starving Palestinians in the line of fire.
