House passes 'one big beautiful bill': Trump hails legislation as transformative for US
The US president is expected to sign his so-called 'big beautiful bill' into law later on Friday.
That's after Congress narrowly passed the controversial budget legislation.
It extends tax cuts and allocates tens of billions of dollars for mass deportation, while cutting the social safety net for the poor.
It's a major victory for the president, who overcame opposition in his own party to get it passed.
