Court blocks Trump's sweeping tariffs: Federal judges say emergency powers cannot be used
The US court of international trade has ruled President Trump's sweeping tariffs on imports are illegal. The three-judge panel ruled that Trump exceeded his authority, in imposing tariffs on all imported goods.
