At least 27, including 3 children, wounded in Russian drone strike on Ukraine's Kharkiv

At least 27 people, including three children, have been wounded after a Russian drone strike on northeastern Ukraine. The overnight attack hit Ukraine's second largest city of Kharkiv, near the Russian border. A fire broke out in a residential building as a result of the attack.
