Argentina lifts 12-year ban on away fans at football matches

Some football fans in Argentina have been allowed to attend away games to cheer on their favourite teams – after a travel ban was lifted. That restriction was imposed in 2013 following years of violence at matches. But now authorities have allowed thousands of supporters to travel across the country to two first division matches, which are both being closely monitored as test cases.
