Israel kills 20 in Gaza attacks, Hamas delays handover of captive’s remains

Israeli air strikes have killed at least 20 Palestinians in Gaza in the most significant flare-up since the ceasefire began three weeks ago. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the attacks after an exchange of gunfire in Rafah, in which an Israeli soldier was wounded. Hamas denies involvement.
